Dr. Randa Rizk, Chairman of the Arab Council for Social Responsibility, stressed that the initiative aims to pay the debts of fines from mothers subject to prison terms as a result of their failure to pay the debts that have accumulated to protect their families from collapse, noting that the total of fines cases reaches 300 cases and a total debt of one million and 300 thousand pounds .
