In the presence of Prof. Dr. Amr Ezzat Salama, Dr. Randa Rizk, Secretary General of the Arab Council for Social Responsibility, announced the launch of the Arab Network of Universities for Social Responsibility. And that is with the participation of many universities, especially the new universities whose headquarters will be located in the Administrative Capital

The Arab Council for Social Responsibility, the Arab Network for Social Responsibility for Universities, launched on the sidelines of the conference organized by the Council via the Internet, “Webinar” entitled “Social Responsibility and Universities,” with the participation of a number of officials, foreign experts and university representatives.

The Council organized this program with a number of international and regional universities and educational institutions, with the aim of networking universities through conferences and webinars, to facilitate mutual learning and share practices and policies related to universities' social responsibility.

The concept of the Arab Network for Community Responsibility for Universities goes beyond the traditional mission of universities, as it stresses the importance of social responsibility in higher education, by gathering the largest group of universities committed to social responsibility from all over the world, exchanging ideas and practices and cooperating with impactful projects that promote the international concept of sustainable development in higher education.

Dr. Amr Ezzat Salama, Secretary General of the Association of Arab Universities, Dr. Randa Rizk, Secretary-General of the Arab Council for Social Responsibility, and Prof. Dr. Ahmed Hamad, President of the British University in Egypt, Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar, President of the Arab Academy of Sciences participated in the conference. In the same regard, Dr. Randa Rizk, Secretary-General of the Arab Council for Social Responsibility, announced the launch of the Arab Network of Universities for Social Responsibility, with the participation of many universities, chiefly the new universities whose headquarters will be located in the Administrative Capital.

Dr. Amr Ezzat Salama, Secretary-General of the Association of Arab Universities, said that universities derived social responsibility from financial and business companies and developed them and added to them the concept of moral responsibility, explaining that despite the modernity of the concept of social responsibility, universities and students around the world have developed and absorbed it and made themselves partners For the community.
